Castellum changes the organization – moves from four regions to two

Sweden Sweden — Castellum is simplifying its organization and intends to move from four regions to two. Örjan Rystedt will be CEO of Region Göta and Per Gawelin will be CEO of Region Svea. At the same time, the company aims to reduce its administrative costs by 15 percent, corresponding to approximately SEK 100 million.

Castellum leases an additional 5,900 sqm to Knightec

Sweden Sweden — Castellum has signed a seven-year lease with Knightec Group, which will expand its premises on Lindholmsallén by approximately 5,900 square metres to a total of 9,288 square metres. With this agreement, the company is once again leasing the entire property. Occupancy will take place in stages, finalizing in the first quarter of 2026.

Sweden Sweden — Castellum’s current Project Development Manager Örjan Rystedt will succeed Mariette Hilmersson as Regional Managing Director for Region West, and will be stationed in Gothenburg. He will take office on 1 May 2023.
