Sweden — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB) continues to grow its portfolio of social infrastructure properties through the purchase of 24 properties from Botrygg AB that include elderly care homes, health care centres and education properties located in Linköping and mainly let to the Municipality of Linköping for approximately SEK 950 million.
