Finland — Bolivo, a sustainable residential investment platform targeting Nordic residential opportunities, has successfully acquired 142 premium rental apartments across three residential assets in Espoo, a prime residential area in the Helsinki region. The acquisition, executed in partnership with Altaal and Avant Capital Partners, marks Bolivo’s first investment in Finland, aligning with its strategy of selectively investing in high-quality residential assets with strong rental demand and value potential.

Finland — Colony recently acquired another office property under its brown-to-green impact investment strategy. The property was acquired from the Finnish property company Antilooppi.

Finland — Niam has divested one of their office properties in Helsinki metropolitan area to Altaal. It was built in 2004 as headquarters for CGI in Finland. The building has seven floors providing space for 1,200 employees on 18,500 sqm.

Sweden — Altaal recently established Altaal-X, a tech investment strategy targeting minority ownership in companies driven by entrepreneurs that combines an attractive return profile with a positive impact on the insurance, lending and property sectors.
