Sweden — On Wednesday, NP3 Fastigheter was able to announce that they completed six transactions and thereby acquired six properties with a property value of SEK 181 million (approximately EUR 16.5 million), primarily for industrial purposes. A small sum, but also a start to get back to the transaction market after a two-year hiatus for the acquisition-hungry company that NP3 is, says CEO Andreas Wahlén.
