Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg signs a letter of intent with the city of Stockholm for a major deal in the Slakthus area. Atrium Ljungberg's investment is estimated to SEK 8 billion (EUR 748M).

Sweden — Today Atrium Ljungberg has signed an agreement to acquire the Kylfacket 3 property in Slakthusområdet in Stockholm. The property comprises a total of 4,500 sqm and is being acquired at an underlying property value of MSEK 150 (EUR 14M).

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has concluded an agreement with Petter Stordalen's Nordic Choice Hotels for opening a Clarion Collection Hotel in Sickla, Nacka. The hotel will open in the spring of 2020 in the building where Kåbergs started manufacturing wallpaper more than one hundred years ago.

Sweden — CBRE Global Investors has completed the acquisition of Port 73 on behalf of the CBRE European Shopping Centre Fund II (ESCF II). The asset was sold by Atrium Ljungberg and the transaction price was MSEK 977 (EUR 98M).

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg concluded an agreement on acquisition of the office property Lindholmen 30:1 in the city district Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The property is being acquired for an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1.3 billion (EUR 136M). By means of the acquisition, Atrium Ljungberg is doubling its property portfolio in Gothenburg.

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed an agreement to acquire the property Tranbodarne 13 on Södermalm in Stockholm. The property, of approximately 3,300 sqm, is being acquired for an underlying property value of MSEK 252 (EUR 26.4M) and will be a complement to the company’s already existing holdings by Slussen.

Sweden — The municipal executive board of Järfälla has made a decision on renting approximately 11,000 sqm from Atrium Ljungberg for upper secondary education, a multi-purpose hall, library and other cultural activities in BAS Barkarby in Barkarbystaden. The decision is an important step towards the vision of creating a regional meeting place in the emerging city district.

Sweden — Together with CEO Ingalill Berglund, the Board of Directors of Atrium Ljungberg have concluded an agreement on Ingalill leaving her role as CEO of Atrium Ljungberg. Annica Ånäs, CFO and acting CEO, will succeed Ingalill Berglund as of Friday 19 February.
