Sweden — The municipal executive board of Järfälla has made a decision on renting approximately 11,000 sqm from Atrium Ljungberg for upper secondary education, a multi-purpose hall, library and other cultural activities in BAS Barkarby in Barkarbystaden. The decision is an important step towards the vision of creating a regional meeting place in the emerging city district.

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg acquires the office property Borgarfjord 3 in Kista from Areim.The property totals 13,550 sqm and was acquired at an underlying property value of MSEK 325 (€35M).

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed an agreement to acquire the Malmen 12 property – an office and health care property totalling approximately 7,500 m² letting area – in central Malmö for MSEK 125 (€14M). The seller is Wihlborgs.

Sweden — Together with CEO Ingalill Berglund, the Board of Directors of Atrium Ljungberg have concluded an agreement on Ingalill leaving her role as CEO of Atrium Ljungberg. Annica Ånäs, CFO and acting CEO, will succeed Ingalill Berglund as of Friday 19 February.

Sweden — The Swedish National Courts Administration has concluded an agreement with Atrium Ljungberg for renting 10,700 sqm in the planned office project on Uddvägen in Sickla. A new detailed development plan which enables development of the property was received in April.

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has concluded an agreement to divest four properties in Sweden for SEK 1.3 billion (€136 M).

Sweden — Listed company Atrium Ljungberg has now made their first real estate deal in Gothenburg. It’s regarding three large office properties on Lindholmen. The value in the deal amounts to MSEK 897 and the seller is Älvstranden Utveckling.
