Keva and Axiom Advisors join forces to launch a new real estate company

Finland Finland — Keva and Axiom Advisors have established a new real estate investment company, Selena Kiinteistöt Ky. A total of 18 commercial properties directly owned by Keva will be transferred to the company. These properties are located mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, as well as in Tampere, Turku, Vaasa, and Kuopio. The combined leasable area of the properties is approximately 182,000 sqm.
