Denmark — Niam Real Estate has entered into an agreement to acquire a residential property on Marmormolen in Nordhavn from CBRE Investment Management. The acquisition is the second Danish investment by Niam’s Fund IX and will become part of Niam’s new Danish residential platform, Bellavia.
