Sweden — The delivery company Bring is to establish a new terminal in northern Stockholm with Logicenters as landlord. The new terminal will provide space for more packages – and shorter delivery times for consumers in Sweden’s most parcel-intensive area.

Sweden — Bring leases 7,400 sqm of logistics space and expands its relationship with Logicor. The facility is strategically located in Pilängen, linking major Swedish transport hubs. Logicor is set to refurbish the facility.

Denmark — Logicenters will develop a 14,872 square meter property just outside Copenhagen. An almost twelve-meter-high cross-dock facility with modern and flexible specifications will be constructed and planned to be completed in 2020. The tenant Bring will move into the building upon completion.

Sweden — Bockasjö has signed a long lease with Bring that will rent 26,000 sqm warehouse and logistics space in Bockasjö’s property Arlandastad.
