Norway — Aurora Eiendom has entered into an agreement to acquire Tiller Torget and Storebrand’s ownership stake in City Syd in Trondheim from Storebrand Livsforsikring. The acquisition comprises two of the Trondheim region’s most established and well-visited shopping centres, generating combined annual retail sales of more than NOK 3.3 billion and attracting 5.4 million visitors annually.

Norway — CapMan Nordic Real Estate Fund has agreed to sell St. Olavs gate 23, a 4,500 sqm vacant office building located in central Oslo, to the Norwegian student organisation SiO. The agreed property value is approximately NOK 290 million.
