Sweden — The nomination committee of Fastighets AB Balder has completed its work ahead of the Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2025. The nomination committee proposes that Carina Edblad will be elected as a new Board member and re-election of the current Chairman of the Board and all existing Board members.
