Sweden — Castellum has signed a five-year lease agreement with Carlsberg Sverige in Njursta, north of Stockholm. The premises will house both office space and storage facilities for coolers, beer, and soft drink equipment.

Denmark — Capman Nordic Real Estate II fund has acquired a former light industrial property in the Carlsberg Redevelopment District to be converted into modern office space.

Denmark — Aarsleff will construct a 15,500 sqm headquarters for Carlsberg in Copenhagen.
