Sweden — ABG Fastena has acquired three properties totalling 26,900 square metres of lettable area in Stockholm, Gothenburg and the Öresund region. The seller is Carlyle Europe Realty, Carlyle’s pan-European real estate investment platform. The total plot area amounts to 62,000 sqm. The properties are an add-on acquisition to ABG Fastena’s real estate platform Fastena IV.

Nordic — Real estate investor and fund manager, Cromwell Property Group, has acquired three logistics assets in the Nordics for its value-add partnership with global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG), spread across three separate transactions.
