Finland — Logicenters acquires 125,000 square meters of logistics space in Finland.

Sweden — SLP acquires logistics properties in yet another “sale and leaseback transaction” with DSV for SEK 393 million.

Sweden — Logistea has entered into an agreement to acquire five properties and a ground lease in a sale-leaseback transaction with DSV. The properties have an underlying agreed property value of SEK 587 million, before deduction of deferred tax of SEK 27 million. The properties are fully leased to DSV Road AB with a remaining lease term for each asset of ten years. The leasable area amounts to approximately 41,500 square meters.

Denmark — Catena has signed an agreement with DSV Road Holding A/S to acquire a property in Horsens, Denmark, valued at approximately DKK 3.3 billion (EUR 442 million). The acquisition increases Catena’s property portfolio by approximately 315,000 sqm of newly built logistics space.

Finland — Lehto has signed an agreement with the global transport and logistics company DSV for the construction of a logistics centre in the Päiväkumpu area of Vantaa, near the Helsinki-Vantaa airport.
