Finland — YIT and EQ Community Properties have agreed with the City of Helsinki on construction of the Hermanninranta school, daycare center and youth center.

Finland — The Special Investment Fund EQ Community Properties has completed a transaction with Mutual Pension Insurance Company Varma regarding a school property located in Niittykumpu, Espoo. At the same time, on June 30, 2025, Varma has made an investment in the EQ Community Properties Fund. The main tenant of the property is the City of Espoo, and the premises are used by Niittykumpu School.

Finland — Northern Horizon, specialized healthcare asset manager in the Nordics, has acquired a Finnish portfolio of two healthcare properties for its new evergreen healthcare fund, Aged Care and Social Infrastructure Fund. The portfolio was acquired from EQ Community Properties Fund in an all-equity deal, reflecting the Funds’s focus on continuous deleveraging.

Finland — Catella acted as the financial advisor to Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company in the sale of four properties. The buyer is the Special Investment Fund eQ Community Properties.

Finland — Kesko has acquired two properties from EQ Commercial Properties Fund: the Sinikallio shopping centre in Mankkaa, Espoo, and the property where its K-Citymarket Salo hypermarket operates. Kesko has long been the primary tenant and main user of both properties.
