Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed a new six-year lease contract with Ericsson for office premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The extended contract, which covers more than 31,500 sqm and enters into force in April 2026, marks a continued cooperation between the parties in one of Gothenburg’s most dynamic development areas.
