Sweden — Ericsson will establish parts of its Stockholm-based operations in Atrium Ljungberg’s buildings in Hagastaden under three lease agreements between the parties. Ericsson’s relocation is a new anchor in Hagastaden’s development as a knowledge-intensive city district and underscores Stockholm’s continued role as a global hub of innovation and industrial competitiveness. Atrium Ljungberg's 15-year lease agreements represent the largest single-tenant office lease ever announced in Sweden and rank among Europe’s most sizeable in the past decade.

Sweden — Castellum and Ericsson have signed two new lease agreements for a total of approximately 13,000 sqm in the Emerald House and Jubileumshuset projects in Hagastaden, Stockholm. Ericsson has also announced that it will not exercise its option to reduce the space in its previous lease agreement for the Infinity project.
