Sweden — Art-Invest Real Estate has acquired three new-build residential properties in Sweden’s largest ongoing urban development Barkarbystaden from Åke Sundvall and Obos. The acquisition was made on behalf of one of Art-Invest Real Estate’s institutional investment funds.
