Sweden — Fabege is on the move in Solna. The company has bought stakes to become the majority owner in Friends Arena. At the same time Fabege closes a deal with Peab to buy properties in Ulriksdal aswell as Visio.

Sweden — Fabege has signed an agreement to sell the Uarda 7 property, in Arenastaden, to Union Investment for EUR 121M.

Sweden — Fabege is investing MSEK 944 (EUR 97M) on a major redevelopment/extension project in Sundbyberg in Stockholm.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Fabege AB to construct a 40,000-square meter office building next to Arenastaden in Solna, Sweden. The office building will be BREEAM Excellent certified and have ICA as the largest tenant. The order is worth SEK 830 million (nearly €90 M).

Sweden — Fabege and 3 have signed a 10-year green rental agreement for office premises covering approximately 14,700 sqm in Söderstaden, Stockholm, with an annual rental value of around MSEK 39, not including supplements.

Sweden — Fabege acquires the property Sadelplatsen 1, Järva Krog. The transaction has a total price of MSEK 172.5 (€19M). The seller is an Uppsala-based consortium, with among others Olle Olsson Holding AB as partner.

Sweden — Fabege has signed an agreement to sell the Uarda 5 property, Vattenfall’s head office in Arenastaden, to Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. The property comprises approximately 44,000 sqm of office space and is currently fully let to Vattenfall, and to an external restaurant. The sale will occur in the form of a company with an underlying property value of SEK 2,257 M (€263,54 M).

Sweden — Fabege recruits Carl Michael Augustsson, Niclas Ternstål (formerly Österberg) and Andreas Malmsäter.

Sweden — Fabege is acquiring the Stora Frösunda 2 and Hagalund 2:2 properties in Solna from Catena. The acquisition increases Fabege’s portfolio of development rights directly adjacent to Arenastaden. The acquisition has a total value of €157M.
