Sweden — With some of the Nordic region’s most experienced professionals in their teams, South Bay and Nrep are now joining forces in a strategic joint venture focused on new development projects in the Swedish logistics market. The partnership, built on a long-standing relationship between the parties, combines financial strength, proven execution capability, and deep expertise in modern logistics across the Nordics. The collaboration will be initiated with a brownfield project in Norra Hamnen, Malmö.

Sweden — South Bay is strengthening its presence in Nordic logistics with a new strategic investment in a port-adjacent site in Helsingborg, one of the Nordic region’s most attractive logistics hubs. The project, with a total development value exceeding SEK 1 billion, is a brownfield development comprising approximately 65,000 sqm of modern logistics space to be delivered in multiple phases.

Sweden — The newly established company South Bay has, shortly after its inception, completed its first acquisition of a newly constructed logistics property of 44,000 sqm with a strong environmental profile in Malmö. During the process, South Bay and the seller MG Real Estate collaborated closely to further develop the technical specifications and lease out the remaining vacancy of approximately 7,500 sqm.
