Finland — Genesta Nordic Baltic Real Estate Fund I (GNBRE) has divested the office property Vilhonvuorenkatu 11 in Helsinki. The property was acquired by Schroder Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft MBH, a fund managed by Schroders for € 60 M.

Finland — Genesta’s new fund, Genesta Nordic Real Estate Fund II (GNRE Fund II), has acquired two prime office property assets in the city center of Helsinki from state-owned Senate Properties. The total purchase price of the assets is € 36.3 M.

Sweden — Genesta announces the first closing of its new fund - Genesta Nordic Real Estate Fund II. The fund has secured commitments of EUR 152 million from four institutional investors. Genesta is the first manager in the Nordics to be approved as an AIFM.
