Sweden — Sveafastigheter signs an agreement to divest the new development project Solhusen, the site-leasehold Orminge 60:6 in Nacka, to Acer Bostad. The project is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2026.

Sweden — Genova and Redito have divested two newly developed residential properties in Knivsta for SEK 875 million to Acer Bostad, a joint venture owned by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Gordion focusing on residential investments in the Stockholm region.
