Sweden — Bonava is starting production of a rental housing project in Sigtuna comprising 91 cooperative rental apartments and is, in parallel, selling it to a newly established JV between real estate investors Urban Partners (formerly Nrep), Granitor and Justim. The underlying property value in the transaction amounts to SEK 363 million. The project is being financed by the buyer, with regular payments being made during production. The homes are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Sweden — K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter and Granitor Properties have been individually allocated land in Rågsved in south Stockholm, for approximately 250 apartments in total. Construction will commence in 2026-2027 at the earliest, and the first occupancy is planned for 2030.
