Finland — As of May 1, YIT will move to a function-based organizational structure in the Residential Finland and Building Construction segments. In addition, YIT has established a new division focused on data center construction as well as energy and industrial construction. The division brings together the expertise of the Building Construction and Infrastructure segments into a single integrated entity.

Finland — YIT plans changes in the operating model of the Business Premises segment and considers adapting operations in Finland.

Finland — Tom Ekman, EVP, Business Premises segment, has left YIT and will pursue his career outside of the company. He left YIT on 18 October 2023.

Finland — The Board of Directors of YIT Corporation has appointed Heikki Vuorenmaa to the position of President and CEO effective 1 December 2022 at the latest. Markku Moilanen will step down from his current position as President and CEO by the end of November and continue as Senior Advisor until the end of the year.
