Denmark — Catella, together with its partners Nordkranen and an international investor, has entered into an agreement with Ikano Bolig regarding a strategic asset swap that includes the sale of GreenPoint in Herlev and the acquisition of the Retortvej development site in Valby, Copenhagen.
