Sweden — Intea and the Police Authority have entered into an agreement to expand the premises in Linköping for the police’s National Forensic Centre, NFC, by just over 5,000 sqm. At the same time, the existing lease agreement is extended by 15 years.

Sweden — Intea has entered into an agreement to acquire a portfolio of security properties from Specialfastigheter Sverige AB, comprising seven prisons in security class 2 and 3, as well as four SiS homes. The lettable area amounts to just over 78,000 sqm, with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service and the National Board of Institutional Care as tenants. The underlying property value in the transaction amounts to SEK 1,390 million. No deduction is made for deferred tax.

Sweden — Intea Fastigheter has carried out a directed share issue of SEK 1,056 million before transaction costs.

Sweden — Intea and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service have agreed on a lease agreement regarding a second phase of the expansion of the Kristianstad prison by 29,000 sqm to create an additional 400 places. The lease term is 25 years, with an estimated annual rental value of just over SEK 131 million.

Sweden — SBB and K2A have entered into an agreement to divest the properties part of Ångpannan 10, Ångpannan 12 and part of Västerås 1:202 in Västerås to Intea with an estimated exit during the second quarter of 2025.

Sweden — Intea has entered into an agreement with JPA Fastigheter regarding the acquisition of a police facility in western Gothenburg. The site is being converted into a state-of-the-art training and exercise facility for the Police Agency. The leasable area is estimated to be approximately 22,000 square meters after completed new and remodeling projects.

Sweden — Intea Fastigheter has appointed Charlotta Wallman Hörlin as the new CEO, effective January 1, 2024. She replaces Henrik Lindekrantz, who will continue in the role of strategic advisor to the company.

Sweden — Castellum is divesting Högkvarteret 1 and 2 in Helsingborg to Intea. The sale price is SEK 2.4 billion less overheads and deferred tax totalling approximately MSEK 120.

Sweden — Akademiska Hus has signed an agreement with Intea Fastigheter on the sale of property holdings in Kristianstad and the Niagara building in Malmö. The sale took place based on an underlying property value of about SEK 1.6 billion.

Sweden — Wihlborgs signed an agreement to sell the Landsdomaren 6 property in Lund encompassing a total of 27,500 sqm of lettable area to Intea for SEK 1.4 billion (EUR 133M).

Sweden — Skanska has divested three buildings at Linnaeus University in Kalmar, Sweden, to Intea Fastigheter.

Sweden — Intea purchases social properties from Blackstone/Areim in Linköping and Östersund, for approximately SEK 3 billion (€ 323M).
