Sweden — Cernera has divested the property Guldbaggen 1 in Borås to the real estate group JCA Holding. The recently fully renovated property comprises 2,895 square meters of commercial space, fully leased to the City of Borås and occupied by Bergslenagymnasiet upper secondary school.
