Sweden — JM has signed a development agreement with the City of Stockholm for the acquisition of land in the Persikan area in central Stockholm. The area’s detailed plan has gained final approval, and JM can develop approximately 280 residential units.

Sweden — JM is acquiring building rights from Vasakronan in Järvastaden, Solna, which is located just north of Stockholm.

Sweden — Now that the initial local plan has been adopted for Täby Park, JM and Skanska will continue developing the new neighborhood in Täby, north of Stockholm.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with the Stora Sköndal foundation to acquire land for 157 building rights in Sköndal, Stockholm. The deal is worth EUR 23M. Occupancy and payment will take place in Q4 2017.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with Capman to acquire land for 140 building rights. The deal is worth EUR 9M. Occupancy and payment are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017.

Sweden — JM is selling Ekfatet 3, an existing property at Liljeholmskajen, which comprises 41,000 square meters.

Norway — JM acquires a development property where the company can develop around 660 residential units in Groruddalen in northeast Oslo. The purchase price is EUR 21M.

Sweden — The property’s detailed plan has gained final approval for 120 new residential units at Mörby Centrum, which is located just north of Stockholm. The purchase price is EUR 22M.

Norway — JM has acquired the development property Vollebekkveien 2A in north-eastern Oslo from Stiansen Eiendom AS.

Norway — OBOS announced today that they have purchased two percent of the shares in JM AB through the group head OBOS BBL. The acquisition is a long-term financial investment where OBOS with their industrial attitude towards ownership will contribute with further development for JM.

Denmark — NREP Nordic Strategies Fund I has acquired a large plot of land at Enghave Brygge in the South Harbor of Copenhagen from the Swedish developer JM. The purchase price is MDKK 230 (€31M).

Denmark — JM has agreed the sale of its property Enghave Brygge, in Copenhagen. The sale amounts to €31 M (290 MSEK).

Norway — JM has signed an agreement with Stor-Oslo Eiendom to acquire part of the company's property in Skårer Syd in Lørenskog north of Oslo. The transaction is worth approximately SEK 160 million (€16,87 M) with occupancy and payment planned for October 1, 2015.

Sweden — The construction company JM’s Kista Torn has reached its full height, approximately 120 meters and 40 storeys high, of which 35 are residential storeys. It is by far Stockholm’s tallest residential building located in the middle of Kista.
