Sweden — At the beginning of the year, it was announced that Joakim Efraimsson had, at his own request, decided to step down from his role as CEO of Wästbygg AB in order to pursue new opportunities outside the Group. He has continued in his role during the notice period, and the company now announces that Joakim Efraimsson will remain in his position.

Sweden — Wästbygg is selling its self-developed residential project Journalen 1 in Sege Park, Malmö, to Lansa Fastigheter through a forward funding arrangement. Journalen 1 comprises an entire block of 177 rental apartments and it will have Silver level certification according to Miljöbyggnad. The agreed property value is approximately SEK 400 million.
