Sweden — Catena has signed an agreement with a fund managed by Niam to acquire a property in Jönköping for approximately SEK 1,275 million. As a result of the acquisition, Catena will own and manage a total of more than 200,000 sqm of logistics space with Elgiganten as the tenant in Torsvik industrial area.

Sweden — Catena is selling today the property Fröträdet 1 in Växjö via a corporate transaction to Alwex Holding for an underlying property value of SEK 260 million.

Sweden — Catena has acquired the Björröd 1:208 property. The property of just over 7,500 square metres is fully leased to Liseberg.
