Sweden — Bonava is starting production of a rental housing project in Sigtuna comprising 91 cooperative rental apartments and is, in parallel, selling it to a newly established JV between real estate investors Urban Partners (formerly Nrep), Granitor and Justim. The underlying property value in the transaction amounts to SEK 363 million. The project is being financed by the buyer, with regular payments being made during production. The homes are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Sweden — Pictet Alternative Advisors has completed the acquisition of a newly built logistics property in Halmstad. The property comprises approximately 18,300 square meters of logistics space of institutional quality. The acquisition was completed for Pictet's Core Plus strategy.
