Sweden — Genova and Redito have divested two newly developed residential properties in Knivsta for SEK 875 million to Acer Bostad, a joint venture owned by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Gordion focusing on residential investments in the Stockholm region.

Sweden — Holmströmgruppen and Areim place a bid of SEK 76 per share in Magnolia Bostad. The share closed on Tuesday at SEK 57.40.
