Sweden — Pandox has signed an agreement to acquire the newly built Elite Hotel Frost with 154 rooms in central Kiruna, Sweden. The sum is EUR 29 million and the tenant is Elite Hotels under a 15-year turnover-based lease with a minimum level.

Sweden — Pandox has entered into an agreement to divest the hotel property Hovmästaren 1 (Scandic Ferrum) in Kiruna for EUR 28M. The buyer is the state-owned mining company LKAB and the date of transfer is planned to December 1st 2018.
