Denmark — A joint venture between DFI, an independent pan-European private equity real estate platform, and Evervest, a Danish investment firm, has launched Komvi, a new single-family rental (SFR) platform in Denmark. The platform is targeting EUR 500 million in assets under management and has secured a cornerstone investment from Grosvenor’s Diversified Property Investments business (DPI), which represents Grosvenor’s first investment in Denmark.
