Norway — Aurora Eiendom has entered into an agreement to acquire Tiller Torget and Storebrand’s ownership stake in City Syd in Trondheim from Storebrand Livsforsikring. The acquisition comprises two of the Trondheim region’s most established and well-visited shopping centres, generating combined annual retail sales of more than NOK 3.3 billion and attracting 5.4 million visitors annually.

Norway — Investors Petter A. Stordalen, Lars Løseth, Johan Johannson, Marius Varner and Christian Ringnes invest close to NOK 1 billion in Aurora Eiendom AS, a new shopping centre company. In total, shares valued at NOK 1.377 billion has been subscribed for in the company in a directed issue towards 11 investors.
