Sweden — Areim has acquired a portfolio of 33 light industrial properties across Greater Stockholm and Uppsala, comprising approximately 110,000 sqm of lettable area. The acquisition is Areim’s largest within the segment to date and is aligned with the strategy for its growing portfolio, as well as the company’s long-term focus on urban light industrial assets.
