Sweden — Wallenstam has signed an agreement with Mölndala Fastighets AB, the municipal company which is leading the urban development of Forsåker, on the construction of rental apartments. The agreement is the result of Wallenstam's participation and involvement in the consortium that was established in 2013 to develop Forsåker. The construction of about 240 rental apartments is planned in the district.
