Denmark — CapMan Real Estate has completed the acquisition of Hotel Scandic Webers through CapMan Nordic Real Estate IV (CMNRE IV) in its 50/50 joint venture with Danish pension company AP Pension. The acquisition follows the recent purchase of Hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen and further strengthens the joint venture's presence in the Copenhagen hotel market.

Denmark — Capman Real Estate took over the management of a high street retail portfolio in Copenhagen owned by two German pension funds. The portfolio consists of six prime commercial properties located in the heart of Copenhagen.
