Sweden — Platzer has sold the school property Högsbo 55:13 in the Södra Änggården district of Gothenburg to Infranode. The school, developed by Platzer, covers 10,000 square meters and was completed in 2024. The property is being sold for SEK 552 million (EUR 48 million) with vacated on February 28, 2025.

Sweden — Marie Teike is being recruited as a new Business Development Manager for Platzer Fastigheter starting in August 2024. She most recently came from a role as Property Development Manager at Lansa Fastigheter.

Sweden — Lansa Fastigheter expands its property portfolio in Gothenburg by acquiring a property with 86 homes in Guldheden in Gothenburg. The seller is Byggvesta and this will be the second deal the two parties carry out during the year.
