Sweden — In Central Nacka, close to the future metro, Wallenstam has constructed Nacka Grace – block with 169 rental apartments and 12 commercial premises, inspired by the Swedish Grace design movement of the 1920s. Wallenstam is now selling the prized property to KPA Pension, which is part of the Folksam Group, for an agreed property value of SEK 822 million (EUR 73 million).

Sweden — Wallenstam has signed a lease agreement with Stureplansgruppen, which in August will open the spectacular Space Arena in the Sergel's scraper for new experiences. The agreement covers an area of 3,300 square meters on two floors with an ultra modern events arena and accompanying space for conferences, concerts, all types of events and film screenings.
