Sweden — South Bay continues to expand through the acquisition of a modern, fully let logistics property in Hacksta, Västerås, from MG Real Estate. Following the transaction, South Bay’s logistics portfolio amounts to more than 230,000 square metres, with a total property value of approximately SEK 4 billion upon completion of its development projects.
