Sweden — Stena Fastigheter invests MSEK 500 (€53M) in Sergel Plaza in Stockholm. Stena has signed a long agreement with Scandic, that will open a unique destination and meeting place in the property, in 2017. Stena are also going to develop 4,000 sqm of retail shops in Sergel Plaza.
