Fund in €554M Purchase of Prime Retail Portfolio in Central Oslo

Norway Norway — A fund and clients advised by Meyer Bergman, the real estate investment management firm, have agreed to purchase a portfolio of 11 prime properties in central Oslo’s principal shopping district for €554 million. The Norwegian company selling the assets is 65% owned by Søylen Eiendom and the balance by Madison International Realty.

Veidekke to Build 127 Homes at Løren i Oslo

Norway Norway — Veidekke Entreprenør has signed a contract with Lørenvangen Utvikling AS, which is jointly owned by OBOS Nye Hjem and Veidekke Eiendom, to build the third and fourth stages of the Gartnerløkka development. The two stages comprise 127 homes and a parking cellar. The total sales value of the homes is NOK 491 million (€ 51,98 M).

JM Acquiring Property with Completed Local Plan in Skårer Syd, Oslo
