Norway — A fund and clients advised by Meyer Bergman, the real estate investment management firm, have agreed to purchase a portfolio of 11 prime properties in central Oslo’s principal shopping district for €554 million. The Norwegian company selling the assets is 65% owned by Søylen Eiendom and the balance by Madison International Realty.

Norway — Veidekke Entreprenør has signed a contract with Lørenvangen Utvikling AS, which is jointly owned by OBOS Nye Hjem and Veidekke Eiendom, to build the third and fourth stages of the Gartnerløkka development. The two stages comprise 127 homes and a parking cellar. The total sales value of the homes is NOK 491 million (€ 51,98 M).

Norway — JM has signed an agreement with Stor-Oslo Eiendom to acquire part of the company's property in Skårer Syd in Lørenskog north of Oslo. The transaction is worth approximately SEK 160 million (€16,87 M) with occupancy and payment planned for October 1, 2015.

Norway — Norwegian Property ASA has entered into an agreement to sell Lysaker Torg 35 in Oslo to KLP Eiendom, the real estate company of the life insurance company KLP. Agreed property value in the transaction is €68,7M.

Norway — The listed company Entra has signed a lease contract with Vitec Software Group for 1,500 sqm in Biskop Gunnerusgate 14 in Oslo.

Norway — The Norwegian shopping center Fornebu, just outside of Oslo, was dually awarded at the Breeam Awawrds in London yesterday. They won both the BREEAM Retail New Construction category and the audience’s prize Your Breeam.
