Sweden — Today, Platzer signed an agreement with Port of Gothenburg combining an acquisition and divestment of properties in Arendal, Gothenburg. Platzer’s divestment consists of land, water areas and office buildings. The agreed acquisition includes a logistics property of 24,000 sqm. Platzer is net seller in the amount of SEK 684 million.

Sweden — It's springtime for Gothenburg as Scandinavia's leading logistics city. The City Council has approved Castellum's and the Port of Gothenburg's joint venture, and the symbolic first shovel sod will soon mark the start of constructions at Halvorsäng Logistics Park, consisting of 270,000 square meters of logistics land.

Sweden — Castellum has signed a letter of intent with the Port of Gothenburg to jointly develop the Halvorsäng area into a leading Nordic logistics hub. The collaboration will be conducted in a partner company where Castellum and the port own equal parts. Castellum invests approximately SEK 1 billion in the project.

Sweden — The Port of Gothenburg is set to expand with the construction of a new terminal at the outer port area. It is the largest expansion project at the port since the 1970s. The terminal will be built using dredging spoils and is expected to be completed at some point after 2020.
