Finland — After renewing its strategy, Kojamo is changing its name. The company’s new name will be Lumo Homes.

Finland — The portfolio consists of 60 residential properties that have combined 4,761 apartments. The debt-free transaction price is approximately EUR 900 million. Through the transaction Varma becomes a significant shareholder in Kojamo

Finland — The Board of Directors of Kojamo plc has appointed Reima Rytsölä President and CEO of Kojamo plc. He will start in his position latest on 1 June 2025. Erik Hjelt will continue as interim CEO until Reima Rytsölä assumes his role.
