Wihlborgs makes first acquisition in the Carlsberg District

Denmark Denmark — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement to acquire all commercial parts in the project Caroline Hus in Carlsberg District in Copenhagen. The property was completed in 2022 and offers modern office and retail premises in the heart of the vibrant and characterful district. The acquisition forms part of Wihlborgs’ strategy to expand in attractive and somewhat more central areas of Copenhagen where continued solid returns and development potential are expected.

Wihlborgs sells housing development rights outside Copenhagen

Denmark Denmark — Wihlborgs has sold the housing development rights for the Vasekaer 7 property in the Hørkær area in Herlev Municipality northwest of Copenhagen. The rights comprise a GFA of 18,500 square metres and were sold in October to a joint venture of Nordkranen and Catella for DKK 72.5 million (EUR 9.7 million).

Wihlborgs lets 62,000 sqm in Høje-Taastrup

Denmark Denmark — Wihlborgs has signed a ten-year lease with one of Denmark’s largest companies for 62,000 square metres at the Girostrøget 1 property in Høje-Taastrup. The lease enters force on 1 May 2024 and the property will be extensively modernised during the lease term.

Wihlborgs Buys Office Buildings in Copenhagen
