Finland — Swedish property investor Sagax has signed a conditional agreement on the acquisition of 156,000 sqm retail property portfolio for approx. EUR 90 million.

Finland — Sagax purchases 15 properties in Finland, from the Onninen Group, who also will rent all spaces. The total cost amounts to MSEK 435 (€47 M).

Finland — Sagax acquires four properties in Vantaa and Espoo for approximately €17 M.

Sweden — Söderport Fastigheter, which is owned in equal shares by Hemfosa and Sagax, has divested eight properties in three separate transactions. The combined selling price amounts to MSEK 154 (€16 M).
