Finland — Swedish Sagax has acquired a portfolio of 12 industrial properties for €68M.

Finland — Sagax divests three food properties in Finland for MSEK 455. The properties encompass 44,000 sqm leasable area and are located in Tammerfors, Åbo and Kotka.

Finland — Swedish Sagax has acquired two industrial properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan area.

Finland — Swedish property investor Sagax has signed a conditional agreement on the acquisition of 156,000 sqm retail property portfolio for approx. EUR 90 million.

Finland — Sagax purchases 15 properties in Finland, from the Onninen Group, who also will rent all spaces. The total cost amounts to MSEK 435 (€47 M).

Sweden — Söderport Fastigheter, which is owned in equal shares by Hemfosa and Sagax, has divested eight properties in three separate transactions. The combined selling price amounts to MSEK 154 (€16 M).
