Finland — NCC is selling the Cleantech Garden community property project in Espoo, Finland, which comprises approximately 13.750 square meters of leasable area for SEK 900 million, approximately EUR 80 million. The buyer is Suohki, a social infrastructure company in Finland, wholly owned by Infranode. The City of Espoo will become the largest tenant in the property with a new school.
