Finland — Hemfosa has signed an agreement to acquire, and has taken possession of, two properties in Espoo, Finland. The police authority and the office of the public prosecutor are the largest tenants. This acquisition, with a corresponding value of about MSEK 420 (EUR 43M), will strengthen Hemfosa's position in Finland, where its property portfolio is now worth approximately SEK 1.5 billion (EUR 152M). The sellers are Localtapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company and Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

Sweden — Hemfosa has signed an agreement to acquire 13 school properties, primarily in the Stockholm region, at a value of MSEK 444 (€ 47,86 M), with the exclusive option to sign an agreement in September 2016 to acquire a further two school properties at a value of MSEK 320 (€ 34,50 M).

Finland — Hemfosa Fastigheter acquires a further three community service properties in Finland at a value of approximately €53 M (MSEK 500).

Finland — Hemfosa, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is taking an important step toward becoming a broader Nordic player in community service properties with the acquisition of two such properties in Helsinki for MSEK 500 (€43M).

Sweden — Hemfosa is continuing to strengthen its position in the community service properties segment. Through the acquisition of 43 healthcare properties in central Sweden and the divestment of four logistics/industrial properties, the company is further streamlining its property portfolio.
