Denmark — Stoneweg Group has completed the acquisition of a 16,300 sqm, modern logistics facility in Hørning, near Aarhus, Denmark’s second-largest city. The transaction has been made on behalf of its EUR 200 million logistics partnership with Pensam, the Danish labour market pension fund, which targets light-industrial and logistics assets across Denmark and Sweden.
