Norway — Storebrand Eiendomsfond Norge purchases Scandic Fornebu from Koksa Eiendom and Utstillningsplassen Eiendom.

Norway — Raufoss Industripark in Norway has been sold for NOK 1,3 billion (€135M). The main shareholder in the new owner constellation is the American fund HIG Capital.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with SPP Fastigheter regarding transfer of the office property Österport 7 in Malmö. The deal is implemented as a corporate transaction where the purchase price is based on an underlying property value of MSEK 330 (€35M).
